Mr. Padilla has been with the company since 1998, and serves in his current capacity as Vice President of West Coast Ancillary services for Prommis Solutions, overseeing all operations for both Interface, Inc., and Reliable Posting and Publishing.
Mr. Padilla brings a wealth of customer service, sales and marketing experience from his previous 16 year career as a Region Manager for Coca Cola Enterprises. As Region Manager, he was responsible for a business channel representing 9% of all can and bottle volume and over $50 million in sales in Southern California.
Additionally, Mr. Padilla was Reliable’s first field agent. Reliable became a wholly-owned company of Prommis Solutions in 2007.
Mr. Padilla is an active member of the United Trustees Association, The San Diego Postal Customer Council, and in his spare time is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Barrio Logan College Institute, a non-profit afterschool program targeted at underserved children in the Barrio Logan area of San Diego. Chris Padilla is a graduate of The University of Southern California earning a BS in Public Administration specializing in Personnel and Resource Administration. |

Ms. Gilner has been with Reliable Posting & Publishing since 1994, and has served in many capacities: Sales Coordinator, Auctioneer and is presently the New Orders Team Lead.
During her 17+ years with the Company Ms Gilner has participated in many California Trustees Association sponsored classes which included: Out of State Foreclosures (Utah, Idaho, Washington and Oregon). In 1996, Ms. Gilner also participated and completed (Certified), the Paralegal Courses at Cal-Western Reconveyance Corporation & Law Offices of Moss, Pite & Duncan.
Ms. Gilner was an active member of the California Trustees Association and the Arizona Trustees Association (1998 – 2008).
Ms. Gilner over the years was also the chair person for several charitable fund raising campaigns for the company. These efforts benefited the Senior Community Center of San Diego and Crisis House of El Cajon.
Ms. Gilner is a graduate of Jackson State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Art Education, with a Minor in Military Science. |

Jeffrey has been the Team Leader of Typesetting Department since mid 2008. Jeff has departmental responsibility for accurately typing & placing legal notices in adjudicated newspapers, confirmations & charges, and affidavits of all publication requests.
Jeffery also oversees the Reliable office assistant team members and is responsible for vendor relations as well as financials reporting for the company.

After attending San Diego’s Grossmont and Mesa Colleges, Ms. Rambeau began her career with Cal -Western Reconveyance Corporation in 1998. She acquired a variety of experience and polished her knowledge in the Trustee Sales Industry, of which she has been an active member since 1998. She joined Reliable Posting and Publishing in the year 2000.
Ms. Rambeau has served in many professional capacities: New Orders Processor, Auctioneer and her current position, Lead Sales Coordinator. During her 11 plus years in this industry she has participated in many foreclosure classes sponsored by the United Trustees Association including Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Washington and Oregon. She also completed bankruptcy training classes provided by the Law Offices of Moss, Pite & Duncan, LLP.
Ms. Rambeau has been a member of the United Trustee’s Association for a number of years. She is an active member of the Young Enthusiastic Stroke Survivors Group and for the last eight years has volunteered in numerous high school activities including football, dance and cheer at Valhalla High School in San Diego. |

Mr. Neal has been the Key Account Manager for Reliable Posting & Publishing since 2010. In this capacity, Mr. Neal is responsible for new business, marketing, and providing dedicated, exceptional sales and service support to new and existing clients of both Reliable and Interface Inc, wholly-owned companies of Prommis Solutions.
Mr. Neal is an active member of the United Trustees Association and Arizona Trustees Association.
Mr. Neal graduated from Cal State Bakersfield in 2004, receiving a bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and Management Information Systems. While at Cal State Bakersfield, he competed for the school’s division 1 wrestling program.
